2/5 Sweetness“I've gotten compliments for both the above and also Mont Blanc Explorer; YSL Le Nuit L'Homme and JPG Le Male (although it's too sweet for my tastes). I loved the Creed Irish Tweed, but its projection and longevity were very weak, though the scent was intoxicating.”
4/5 Value“I bought a decant of Aventus off DecantX and really enjoyed the smell of Aventus, it smells higher quality to me than Mont Blanc Explorer, not that MBE smells cheap or bad either, but the performance of Aventus on me was average or below. Same level of performance as MBE, so I'm still debating on whether to actually buy a bottle or the real thing.”

Not rated (no clear sentiment) Batches & reformulation“I bought it in 2026, I was at the store and it was between Montblanc Explorer and CDN and I picked CDN Expecting more projection but the complaintd about the reformulation nerfing the fragrance was right, unless your willing to wait a few months to let it macerate then I don't reccomend it, I personally think it's better to choose Montblanc Explorer, also to note I broke the atomiser and I couldn't replace it because it has a funny design and I couldn't transfer it either because it wouldn't fit into the decant bottle.”
