I bought it and on me it smells like burnt pepper. Instant migraine inducing nausea. It still smells amazing on them but I cannot do it, it's so gross on me.”

My actual signature scent is probably Glossier You because that's what people seem to associate with me the most. I wore it to a family reunion and now my relatives all think of me when they smell it out in the wild. I didn't necessarily choose it, it chose me! And I say this as someone who has a discovery set coming from Ex Nihilo because I'm still determined to find that perfect signature!”

I also like to use the solid Glossier You to layer all year round for a bit better longevity, but I might switch to the solid Diptyque Fleur de Peau or just make my own out of what I have with some unscented base. Other than that I don't really layer as I prefer my cool weather/cool summer night fragrances as they are and my warm weather ones are a bit on the… special side and I don't want to mix myself a possible migrane trigger”

I think it's the salt note with apricot that I like. It's also an all-seasons for me so far. I got a travel size in the Fall and then bought a full size during their winter sale. I'm assuming it'll still hold up in Summer but I'll see.”

Makes me feel like a goth mermaid drinking a margarita. I also got the Slut for October rollerball last month. It is interesting, but it has still been way too hot in LA to wear it. Today I layered Dirty Vanilla over Glossier You and it's really nice. Fresh, spicy, and a little sweet.”

More “classic” florals that I own and don't offend me: Glossier You Fleur, Gucci Flora gorgeous orchid, Dior Hypnotic poison (more vanilla but I consider it a floral vanilla), Guerlain Mon Guerlain Intense (lavender vanilla) I also recommend niche houses over designer.”

I've gotten rehired twice in this bullshit job market after getting laid off; I quit the job before the one I work now. I pick perfumes that are known for being anosmic, clean. Lake and Skye 11 11, Dedcool Milk/Xtra Milk, Glossier You, ELDO She Was An Anomaly. My intention is to not only perform competently but be charming and i consider being vaguely remembered as "pleasant" to be around, smell included, is part of the package.”

I really think this could be my new daily scent. I also tried a sample of Dirty Rice. It smells exactly like Glossier You Soie without coconut. I'd love to use that as a base to give a silkiness to other scents.”

On me it smells more white floral and musk like! I get so many compliments, and it's very versatile. I orginally smelt this in store and couldnt smell it and thought it was overrated. but at the dutyfree i sprayed my wrist before a flight and couldnt stop sniffing my wrist the whole flight. I love glossier you as well for reference. :) hope that helps”
